Contingency Recruiting
20% straight forward contingency finder’s fee per hire. We specialize in tech, go-to-market, and executive hires.
First Start Package
2 week commitment to set up everything recruiting related. This includes but is not exclusive to applicant tracking system, interview process, hiring manager training, job descriptions and posting, scorecards, hire process, offer letter process, closing candidates. This requires a 2 week commitment. At least 10 hours/week at $150/hour.
Combo Package + Retainer Hire
This includes everything in the First Start Package + a retainer discount to a contingency hire down to 15% finder’s fee. Therefore, if you buy the First Start Package and also require a hire you can opt-in to a contingency hire and that will be reduced to 15% fee.
Ad Hoc Help or Hourly Help:
You can continue to receive my services beyond my 2 weeks and hire me on a retainer at $150/hour. We can then work together to discuss how many hours you might need on a certain objective or goal.
Break-Into-Recruiting Courses
We offer a 1:1 expedited and part-time course that will help you break into recruiting. Whether you want to change your current career or you have gotten an opportunity to move into recruiting at your current job, we can train you on how to become a recruiter effectively and quickly. This course is 1 month long, part time (15 hours a week), with a 1 month follow up advisory package. This course also applies to companies who want to invest in training their employees on how to become better recruiters.
Career Coaching
We offer career coaching to candidates from all tiers of the tech industry (sales, engineering, exec). From resume building, to interview prep, and overall job advice. Our 1 hour package covers most of what you’d need and this could be broken down into two sessions. We also offer a discount to those in dire financial need.
